House Washing and Concrete Cleaning in Dayton, Ohio
He had factored into his renovation budget to have the house washed, as the north side of this house was a huge section of vinyl siding covered in mold, green algae, and mildew. We also wanted to help the customer by cleaning the driveway and sidewalks, but they insisted on only the house.
We had upgraded some of our equipment just recently and were excited to test it out, so we ended up cleaning their sidewalk for free since we had fun doing it. The house washing service went along very well with the new equipment.
During our appointment, we had never seen so many neighbors stop by to ask for business cards, quotes, and the next-door neighbor even pulled out a seat to watch us tackle the big green side of the house. Unfortunately, many homes in this neighborhood have large vinyl sides like this one, so we definitely anticipate being back out to help in the spring.
