HOA Condo Washing in Fairborn, OH
Eagle Highlands HOA in Fairborn, Ohio contacted us because they were having some issues with complaints about large algae patches growing on some of their condo units. We went out to take a look at the issue, and they were right.
The HOA had decided after our suggestion that it was best to have all 7 of their condo buildings to be completely washed head to toe, as well as have the small front sidewalks and porches pressure washed as well to add a small touch to make residents happy.
We notified the residents of our incoming presence as well as provided them all with instructions and information on the service being provided and how they could prepare. We did our best to be the point of contact for residents instead of the HOA to take some load off of their shoulders. Each one of the 7 units cleaned up fantastically and we also received many compliments from the residents and how glad they were that it was being taken care of!
